The Veeam Community Weekly Recap is available with incredible content and relevant information! Congratulations to Nico Losschaert, Brad Linch, Christian Eromosele, and Philippe Dupuis for the posts and articles.
Thanks so much to Madalina Cristil, Mark Boothman, and Safiya Mohamed for the opportunity to participate! I am honored.
Hey! This is my personal representation about Veeam´s portfolio. It is divided into 10 major categories with each solution and integrations related to them.
Hey! This is my interpretation of VMware’s portfolio for the current quarter. It is divided into nine major categories with each solution related to them.
Hi! GitOps: from Branch to Trunk. Trunk-based development is one of a set of capabilities that drive higher software delivery and organizational performance, according to Google´s DORA report. In this method, each developer divides their own work into small branches (or batches) and merges that work into a trunk potentially several times a day. Trunk-based development came about to enable continuous integration and continuous delivery by supplying a development model focused on the fast delivery of changes to applications. So, you should implement these two technical practices concurrently, because they have more impact when you use them together.
Hi! Security needs to be an inherent part of the DevOps – aka DevSecOps. Carbon Black Container protects any Kubernetes (open-source) solutions like AWS EKS, Azure AKS, Google GKE, Tanzu, and others. Highlights: container image verification, posture, automation, compliance policy, prioritized risk assessment, governance, CI/CD integration, topology map, and threat/anomaly detection.
Oi!
Você estará respeitando a regra 3-2-1, conforme recomendação do U.S. Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) e da Storage Networking Industry Association (SNIA):
“3 – Keep 3 copies of any important file: 1 primary and 2 backups. 2 – Keep the files on 2 different media types to protect against different types of hazards. 1 – Store 1 copy offsite (e.g., outside your home or business facility)”

Red Hat Enterprise Linux 9 (RHEL 9) is the latest release of the world’s leading enterprise Linux platform. RHEL 9 provides a more flexible and stable foundation to support hybrid cloud innovation and a faster, more consistent experience for deploying applications and critical workloads across physical, virtual, private, and public cloud and edge deployments.
The Cloud services growing momentum keeps strong. The Q1 2022 results show a solid growth of 34% from the first quarter of 2021, making it the eleventh time in twelve quarters that the year-on-year growth rate has been in the 34-40% range.
Amazon, Microsoft & Google account for 65% percent of global spending on cloud computing in Q1 2022.
The top 3 providers’ growth range from 32 to 44% year-over-year in the first quarter: Google Cloud 44%; Amazon AWS 37%; Microsoft 32%.
ThaThat is still a booming market and a significant opportunity for regional or service players where they can differentiate themselves from the big three.
